I drove to town and back with no problems. It rained most of the morning here. I didn't have any of the problems from yesterday. Everything worked fine. I think a small particle may have come loose and could be stopping the return hole. No indicator lights are on so that has to be the solution. Probably still has the factory fluid.
As far as turning wrenches, I'm trying but I can't tackle any pulling of motor parts. What I would like is a computer with a program to do my own tuning. Another concern is they had turbo trouble in 2011 & 2012. They tried using ceramic bearings then went back to steel bearings in 2013 is what I read somewhere. I'm thinking about adding a little Lucus oil to it. Right now I only hear the turbos running on what sounds like dry bearings until the oil pumps up to them. And that only happens after it has sat over night. The rest of the day even if it has sat around and cooled off a few hours, the turbos don't make a noise. I'm going to do a little research as a trusted tech said the other day not to add any additives to the oil. Unless you wanted it thicker.
A little Lucas to the oil couldn't hurt.
Took the Benz to the tire place at lunch. The old tire had a really bad slipped belt and was riding horrible and I had to add air every other day. They installed a new tire on the rear and balanced the rest. It made a world of difference in the ride, it finally rides like a sports sedan. I got a good look at the front suspension while it was in the air and it does need upper and lower control arms which I had already ordered, but it also need sway bar links. I now have everything on order and will change those out one weekend at work after they come in.

. I didn't have any problem today. I even mashed the peddle as hard as i could. I believed it may have had a little air in the line or master cylinder more than likely because most people don't know how to bleed it..
I've got to look and see how hard it is to change.. the transmission fluid. One video says just change the fluid but I need to do more research.
. I was glad the tire fixed the vibration. Some time that stuff can be tough to track down.
. My backup lights sux. I'm Going to to look at some LEDs
The headlights on the Benz are weak. My son in law replaced one bulb because it burnt out so it's now brighter than the other one. I bought some upgraded/brighter halogen bulbs and going to replace both this time. I wish it had come with the HID option but it is what it is. The new front suspension stuff it should tighten up even more. I wasn't a Benz fan but it's growing on me.
Yeah I got attached to a little Chevy Metro my father in-law bought a few years back. I loved that little 3 cylinder, especially when gas prices got high. I couldn't help but drive it. It seemed to always have minor issues to work on though but with the little 12 or 13 inch tires cheap to replace, and gas being super high back then, it was fun and cheap to drive. He ended up trading it though. He has a few old vehicles I've been thinking about maybe buying one from him. One is a 66' or 68' Ford Toreno GT numbers matching all original that needs restoring. I got the 351 W running when he first got it and it has the 4 speed in the floor with posi traction and HO motor and exhaust. It sat in FL a long time and most of the rust is in the top side of the body. The brakes don't work and the interior needs work. He ran all the numbers and found it to be a special ordered car from Ford.
I thought it was an ungly car at first but it has sat in the yard long enough to kinda grow on me. I;d rather have a 68' mustang convertable with the factory I6. They had plenty of power and got decent fuel milage.
Hey Y'all, I'm still around. Just been busy with family life. Figured I'd check in on everybody. Got another F-250 to add to the "fleet", it's a 2001 7.3 supercab. Still working on the 95 about ready to get in a bodyshop for paint (if I can find one around here I can trust). I'll try to check in more often. Y'all have a good'in
Hey Southern!! Glad to see your doing good.
The Torino would be a cool project car.
I didn't work on the Benz or the Envoy yesterday. The new bar stools my wife ordered showed up at the house so I ended up putting them together. Happy wife, Happy life.
