rough country 1.5 springs

On this 20 F250 I just want to level it and not go to the extreme like I have on other trucks. I like the Carli set up coming out for the 20 7.3 gas but it will be 2.5- 3" and then I have to get the add a pack for the rear to level. Im looking at the Rough Country 1.5 springs and want to know if anyone has use them and do they ride like OEM or softer. I know they wont be Carli quality or as soft, but maybe adding some Fox shocks will get me close.

I think your gut is telling you to go with the better quality springs. I suggest you listen. Don’t cheap-out on the ride quality. You’ll feel it literally every time you drive the truck. I don’t think the Fox shocks will help a stiff spring too much. 2-2.5” should be okay for a level. Should leave you with 1-1.5” of rake.

I have a set for my diesel but not installed yet, so no review.

They will sit up higher with the lighter gas motor.

I would look into below the spring spacers.

The front is exactly 2" lower. 1.5" spring gives a slight rake which is perfect. I agree, the unknown on the spring or quality of said part is the mystery. I have had BDS, Pure, and Carli on my last builds. Carli is the best. I just don't want to go 3" or a 37" tire to fill the wheel well. I just want a softer spring and better ride.

The 1.5” on a 2019 is 1.5” on the diesel.

On a 2020 its going to be 2 inches as they sit 1/2 inch lower. Also with the gas its going to sit up even higher since its around 800lbs lighter.

I would go with Carli 2.5"..adding a taller rear block to give some rake or level ...which ever you choose, is the easiest part of the project.
