First after you download it you will have three files ignore the directions that talk about unzipping and just drag the three files to your flash drive just the way they are.
I've been playing with it and the screen is more responsive and some of the stuff you didn't really need on the nav screen are gone, they where moved to settings. The voice works better and it actually works with the nav system IF YOU KEEP IT SIMPLE but for inputting addresses do it manually, you will be happier and POI work by voice if it's nearby your area but out of state it still doesn't work right by voice or manually. I was inputting adresses for campgrounds for our fall trip and put 3 in favorites and 1 in previous routes and using voice they came right up but when inputting one of the addresses that it didn't recognize a couple of different ways it locked up and I had to pull the fuse to reboot it .
I'm on the fence about ordering the A11 sd card or buying a Garmin GPS I know from a friend of ours Garmin the voice input commands are no better than the Sync2 and I like the voice commands better that come through the trucks system instead of the tiny speaker on the Garmin.
I now have the 3.10 updated software and the A11 SD card and I can say that this is the first time in 7 years that I'm almost happy with the system. The voice comands work better and the upgraded data for the mapping is a big improvement, the 3.10 update works better with the A11 SD card compared to how it worked with the A6 card.
Before this update on my 2015 F- 150 Platinum the backup view would remain on for about 5 seconds after shifting into drive allowing me to position my truck exactly where I wanted. Since the upgrade that view disappears as soon as I shift it to drive. Is there anyway I can change that back to the way it was? Thanks
