Will not start with push button or remote. Has great battery voltage on both batteries. Lots of faults displayed once the start button is pushed...like Advanced track, Hillstop, engine coolant, etc. Took off both positive batt terminals in hopes of a reset. Nothing.

No, not yet. Will get new batteries for both remotes tomorrow. But the truck is only 2 yrs old, so I doubt the remotes are bad. The remotes are fully functional with all the buttons except the remote start. When I press the remote start, the keyfob goes thru a series of green light flashes and red light flashes, with a truck horn beep inbetween.
My 2.5 yr old chevy car remotes battery needs replacing but it says it on the dash.
BTW, if you have 2 batteries, if one is just slightly under par it won't start. I had this issue with my 06 f350 diesel.

To clarify, is it that it won’t start by either pushing start button in the truck or with remote start using key FOB?
If that’s the case it’s not your key FOB remote but a problem in the truck.
i fought this for almost a year. Four service visits and 40+ days in the shop. On the third visit they replaced the start-run relay and it went away for about 7 months then it came back again. Last month they replaced the “Wiring harness” all under warranty, but I no longer have confidence in the truck so I filed Lemon Law just short of 2 years of ownership. Ford agreed to buy the truck back. Now we are waiting for final numbers on buyback.
