High engine hours

I looked at a 2015 f250 the other day with 107 000 miles. When I checked the hours I was shocked, 14 000 hours,10 000 idle hours I have run across 4000 idle hours but this one was extreme.

might be an oil field truck...or a truck used by a utility company....or other company that does a lot of sitting idle while at a job.
