48-52 door window channel

Getting ready to install the passenger door glass and parts. Question on the glass channel, do the tabs go to the back near the door skin or towards the front near the access panel?

The side that's up in your pic goes towards the access panel.

Yes, to eliminate rattles there. Question I had was do you grease the felt washer or put it in dry? Manual is silent on that.

I think mine has wave-washers, thin ones that keep tension on the clips. If I had felts I would oil them.

My cab should be painted soon and will be installing glass. I was wondering what size those hairpin clips are?

Not sure on the size as I reused my old ones. Did see that Mid Fifty sells similar ones. $3.85 for the set of 4.

Teflon washers are available in a multitude of sizes and thicknesses...one might work well in this application.
