The passenger power window does not go up or down. I used my garden tractor battery and hot wired it and the window works. Next I took the door panel off the drivers side and started to track down if I had power. I did change switches from a boneyard truck to see if it was the switch. I found that the pink wire with a gray stripe does not have any power when I used my test light. I did have the ignition switch on when I was testing for power and continuity. What does the pink supposed to do?
Junkyard switches can be bad too. Been there and done that.
There is probably a connector in the kickpanel for the windows. I know power lock is there as is the connector for the cab lamps. May want to clean each with Deoxit or at least parts store electronic cleaner. There is also a ground there, hit that with a stiff brush.
My dually had the pass front window simply unplugged behind door panel if you can believe it.
I pulled the kick panel off. There was a metal plate behind the plastic panel. I did see a wiring bundle in front of the brake petal. Is this the area you were talking about>
I tried reversing the switches to see if that was the problem. The passenger switch worked for the driver's door but the passenger one still does not work. The multi meter shows continuity but no voltage. The wire that goes to the switch is pink with a light gray wire. I do not know where it goes.

Your problem is most likely a bad drivers side window switch. Power runs threw the drivers side switch to the passenger side. If you can apply power to the passenger side motor, and it works, a new switch for the drivers side is in order.
