It would worry me...for comparisons sake...2017 KR, my mileage is 95,263 with engine hours 2,408 and idle hours 411. I can't even imagine the number of regens that rig has cycled through!

If it was properly maintained, I wouldn't be concerned. Many of the concerns over idle hours comes from the days of cam-in-block designs from decades ago...think 1st gen smallblock Chevy or Ford. The valvetrains could suffer accelerated wear from lack of lubrication on the cam-lifter interface. The primary lubrication came from oil being slung from the rod and onto the cylinder wall and camshaft. And do you really think Ford engineered this engine not knowing they would spend a profound amount of idle time? Yeah, they knew they had customers in the oil fields.
These trucks are not as fragile as many think they are.
IIRC Ford fleet says 33 miles per engine hour for maintenance calc's. My mph average is usually either side of 30, have had as high as 45+ on a truck I did a lot of cross country driving with, but even that comes down fast in drivethrus and city driving.
