The biggest issue in the list of codes is B1318 - at least IMO.

Battery Voltage Low in the VSM, Battery Voltage Low in the 4x4 Module, Battery Voltage Low in the HEC (Instrument Cluster), Battery Voltage Low in the RCM, Battery Voltage Low -in the GEM-Control Time.

Also, B1483: Brake pedal input circuit failure

Either some of those are old codes or you still have a voltage issue going on.

Batteries are 100% charged and load tested. I can't see there's being a voltage issue.
I don't seem to know what is going on between all the codes, would they trigger a no start? Also no buzz on the buzz test? I don't quite understand at all what or where I should be looking

A voltage issue isn't always the batteries ...... You may have a wiring issue or a ground issue. Assuming the codes are not "hold-overs", they point at a voltage issue.

IMO you need to ignore the no-buzz for now. Focus on getting the things that we KNOW are needed for a start (like cam/crank sync) - that follows Ford's advice in the FICM Guide (troubleshoot no-sync issues first).

One thing easy to do with ForScan is to do an injector test with it. It will activate a spool valve coil on each injector in sequence - you can hear it click.

This would be my approach:
Get the cam sensor work done.
Restore the cam/crank sync
Make 100% sure the FICM connectors are solidly plugged in (the connectors should "click" when latched in)
Check all ground wires (if you haven't already)
Clear codes
Try starting again
Pull codes if it doesn't start

Do you still have a FICM that gave you the "weak injector clicking"?

we have good news and bad.
I restored cam/crank sync the replacement was a success!
with the original ficm plugged in i cleared codes and got nothing besides p0113... no clatter, same scenario.
all good voltages aswell.
I plugged in the replacment FICM and got a u0306! not programed? im pretty confused.
I cleared codes and switched it back to the original ficm and got the same p0113 no clatter same scenario.
both ficms have good volages an sync.

to clear things up all 3 ficms i tried became "weak". the first replacment worked fine for a week and when i started to give me problems the guy i got it from was willing to swap it out for another. the second replacement worked only for a few days then got the rough starts and grew weaker with every start then after. my original got weak and all of a sudden worked good got weak was dead completely then magically worked after a weak of sitting. it fired up and drove fine the day i replaced it with the first replacement... now nothing... im beginning to think its the PCM

Good that cam/crank sync has been resolved.
So, please post the three FICM voltages with KOEO, and when cranking
FICM MPower
FICMLPower
FICMVPower

Also, have these FICMs been OEM units or aftermarket?

Oh, regarding the software compatibility (U0306 code), I have seen that before and have not known it to cause any issues.

From what you have said, a new FICM enables you to run for a short time - each time a new one is installed.

That says to me that something is killing the FICMs.

For those more wise than I on electrical systems - could an alternator diode issue cause A/C voltage leakage (or some such strange problem that could kill FCMs but not be detected by DC voltage measurement)?

I know that poor grounds can cause surges that can cause issues, but it seems that has been ruled out. Not sure if the alternator has ever been tested though (remember the recommendation 3-4 days ago?).

VP- 12.0v
While Cranking
MP- 49v
LP -drops to 9.5v
VP drops to 10
