Not sure if this is relevant but also I've noticed I have to really use the brakes to keep this tank from moving.

Haha beyond bedtime as this truck has been the bane of my existence lately. With though good night my friends and as always Thank you for taking the time to help me with this

Fixed!

Well after months of trying to get back to the truck. I noticed something very odd. Replaced both batteries as they were due. As I was driving I noticed the volt gage was low until past half throttle and higher rpms then it would go back up. Repeatedly did this to make sure. So replaced the alternator and thought while I was there I replaced all the main battery wires and terminals. Poof all issues are gone. Thank you everyone for the help and info with this!
