We are under curfew tonight. Jackson-freaking-ville Florida is under curfew. Never thought I would hear that. Past time to take the gloves off and put a stop to this bs. I live 20 miles from the epicenter of the rioting and my business is about the same distance away. For one thing I have no desire to work or own property in the ghetto, so it's not affecting me in that way, but it's total bs what's being allowed to go on. I think everyone is in agreement that the way that man was treated by the arresting officer was a tragedy, so there's no differences in opinion there. I dunno, I've managed to stay out of jail for like 62 years so I know it can be done. Let's arrest people for going to church and the beach and let these animals run amuck destroying people's livelihoods. WTF?
Ive been seeing videos from all over the states today about the protests and riots. Looting and rioting is not protesting. Luckily it sounds like you are far enough away. I couldn’t imagine what I would do if I had a business in the thick of it. If you defend it, you get jumped by 20 thugs. Blows my mind. I saw a video today of a family video taping from their porch at curfew time. An army vehicle drove past and then the police foot soldiers walked by. Damn foot soldiers shot a teenage girl in the stomach with a paint bullet. She was on her own damn porch. Saw another video of a guy trying to loot a fedex semi and he got drug underneath the tires and died. It’s insane.

Recently in Toronto, a black girl either jumped, fell or was pushed off her high rise balcony by police. The family called 9-11 because the girl was freaking out and had a long history of mental illness. The family came out and said the police threw her off the balcony so the protests started. The family wasn’t in the apartment and later recanted that the police threw her off the balcony. I understand what happened to that man in Minneapolis but what happened in Toronto was completely different.

What else does 2020 have in store?

Reducers, Troll time.

I think Gallows is still in the queue for a 2020 if I remember right.

On a side note to the 2020s, I heard they had the tailgate ajar warning on the dash. Maybe Bowtie can confirm. That’s something I wish I had.

Im surprised you’re on tonight Scags. Isn’t it 90 day fiancé night? 😂 My wife’s watching that right now.
No tailgate ajar warning I've seen. Maybe it doesn't activate at low speeds or sitting still. The only time I've moved with the tailgate down is backing up hooking up a gooseneck. What if you were hauling something longet than your bed and needed the tailgate down. That warning would get annoying. I've done pretty much all I'm going to do to mine. Love it. I'll probably be in the market for a CC F-350 to replace our Chevy. It's got 201k + on it right now. Until then nothing really that interesting.

Without getting too political, if they come after my stuff I'm going to start shooting until empty but in reality where my places are it's probably not gonna happen. Thank God!

It wasn't right what those cops did to that man. No excuse AT ALL for that to happen. Once he was handcuffed it should have been over. Back in the day I punched a cop and got smacked around pretty good for it (deserved it) but I was never in danger of losing my life and don't hold any grudges to LEO's. These riots/protests are more about the liberal agenda (TDS) than about justice for the victim of an overzealous moron cop. God help us all. Stay safe Bowtie.

Another new Ford. I’m F’n In to quote the above. 😆 BowtieConvert sounds a lot better than SuperDutyConvert. 👍. Maybe one of us better head of to the GM boards to make sure you’re not two timing us 😂

I think the tailgate ajar warning turns off by hitting ok on the dash. Don’t know if it comes on again. I can’t see my tailgate so I am paranoid that it will fall when towing a trailer. My past Rams had a hell of a time with the tailgates not latching properly in the winter. I don’t know how many times I had to drive down the town street and pick up gear that fell out. Luckily it never happened when I was towing. I’m past the modding stage. I’m sick of putting money into pretty trucks just to lose it all when I trade them in every 3-5yrs.

I'm not going to lie. I went to the GM forums and did some reading but never got past that. Didn't even price one. I may look at a 3500 when the time comes since I don't have to drive it. LOL.... My driver won't mind. He'll be happy as hell with any new truck.

X2 on the shootin' . Another thing that really pisses me off is the Hollywood j/o's and their cronies putting up bail money for those ingrates. I haven't been to a movie, unless it's for my grandkids, in probably 20 years. I hate those hypocritical bass turds with a passion and there's no way in hell I will willingly contribute to their well being.

Ive been whatching this for days in complete awe that these actions would be allowed to go on for even an hour. Allowing this kind of destruction to happen is wrong. At this point it has nothing to do with the poor guy that died, its college kids gone wild (college aged) and they need to be stopped, with force. How can they not see that this is doing absolutely nothing good, nothing, it is only hurting their communities. People cant even defend their property or lives, they are the one who end up being demonized. Crazy.

Same here. These celebrities are delusional and are attention *****s. They forget that we pay, they dance. It’s not the other way around.

Just saw some protestors subdue a guy trying to rip apart the pavement to get rocks to throw at whatever. The peaceful protestors rushed him and handed him over to police. It’s almost time to use live ammunition on these rioters or at least something stronger than those rubber bullets or paint *****. They don’t give a crap about rights. They are pure and simple anarchists and illegal opportunists. I even think most of them are to stupid to know anything about politics but the media puts that spin out there for them.

(By them, I mean anyone rioting and looting. Every race is involved)

And you, the honest hard working American is paying for all of this. Who buys the police cars that are ruined. Who pays the fire departments, police, national guards etc. It their own tax dollars they are destroying. I doubt anyone really involved in the looting/rioting is a true tax payer.

1st amendment (USA)
Right to Peaceably Assemble.

Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms 2c
Freedom of Peaceful Assembly

Edit: Peaceably and Peaceful are the key words.

Protests, Fine.
Rioting/Looting, Criminal.

Reading stories from all media sources from both countries gets me going. They call these rioters and looters protesters. They are not protesters.
