Good afternoon guys. You’ve been busy this morning.
Matt, generator is looking good. You deserve a beer break for that gate build. Lol.
Scags, “that’s what they look like” OMG 😂😂
Please include ForCal in your man love escapades. We don’t want to see him fly the coupe. 😂😂😂
It was a long night fellas. 5:00am was the last time I saw the clock. 4 prescription muscle relaxers in 3 hrs knocks out a 200lbs man out cold, just so you know. Good news is I found out exactly what is going with my hip....... I can’t wait to tell the doctor....... let’s see how that goes. We all know how much doctors like to listen to patients researching their own problems. 🙄

I do have my sciatic nerve pinched but that just do to overcompensation. My hip guy will take care of that in one visit. He’s a god. My chiro and doctor both told me not to see him as the chiro will work it out in 6-8 weeks. My hip guy, seriously, 1 visit. Anyways, it is bursitis of the hip caused by IT band syndrome. It’s fits perfectly. When I originally had the first hip injury, my doctor and chiropractor misdiagnosed it and sent me down the wrong treatment path. No weights and run a lot on the elliptical. It should of been start rehabbing with weights only and absolutely no running. Rest, ice, compression, exercise (Rice) should of been the way to go but nope, wrong info from the chiropractor 12 F’n years ago.
Bursitis of the hip and IT band syndrome is very common for athletes or people that walk a lot, jog, run and cycle. It is the most common injury especially for a man the walked in the field 10hrs a day and then ran 15km a night on the treadmill. Overuse. Simple. Because I haven’t rehabbed the injury properly, it’s stayed with me and progressed into more a severe case. Hopefully with cortisone and proper rehab, I will be able to save my hip joint. MRI will tell.

Nice generator **** Matt. Now hopefully you'll never have to use it. That's what I'm hoping for mine anyway. Enjoy your premature e-Friday-lation. Let the good times roll!

Thanks for the info while I was deciding on it. You helped me out!👍👍
😂😂😂 I’ll be good now. See the hip guy at 8:00am tomorrow so the severity of the pain will be gone, seriously, he’s that good. Now on Monday, I just have to get the doctor on board on the rehabilitation plan.

What can he do that will have an immediate impact on the pain?

My left hip is injured but not in “pain”. My right hip and lower right back are in pain for overcompensating for the left side hip. My “hip guy” applies pressure to the hips using his forearms for a few minutes. He pushes, pulls and manipulates the hips and spine to relieve the pressure of the over compensation issue. It’s weird, you can feel the pressure immediately release but it feels like someone beat you with a baseball bat for a day or two but it won’t be nearly as painful as what he fixed. He is not an accredited chiropractor or an acupressurist but it would be best described as a combination of the two. It is unbelievable how well this works. Too bad insurance doesn't recognize his practice. He is extremely busy and has people that drive from 100s of miles away that haven’t had success using a chiropractor. Him and my massage therapist are the only things that kept me going for the last 12yrs. Now I know what is wrong, I can rehab it accordingly. 👍
We are out camping with some friends again trying to relax. Sorta crumby weather but hung out for a quite a while. Kids really like them and baby will even let lady hold him, which doesn’t happen often.
Hopefully our fearless leaders didn’t mess up too badly.
