4wd not working...

4wd not working...
I have a 2012 f250 6.7 4wd and 4wd will not engage..just makes sounds from transfer case motor then the dash lights up service 4x4..I've replaced the transfer case shift motor as well as the tccm module..dont know what else to swap out but the dash switch,which I ordered it too..I get out and manually lock the hubs and when I try to shift into 4hi it just makes sound and the dash says 4x4 shift in progress..after about 15 seconds the service 4x4 light comes on with wrench..can someone please tell me what in the heck it could be?

Yes that is the only way I have tried to engage it,with the exception of a couple times it would tell me to pull forward and I did and still nothing..just sounds like it engages then disengages.then service 4wd light with wrench comes on..
