It still should not display 111 if there is a trouble code right? KOEO it displayed 111 and 112, and then KOER it just went crazy.. The low power to cylinder codes could have been from the ignition box especially if it was faulty.
I've used this OTC scanner on my truck before, and many other similar trucks and it's always worked but not now. there being a glitch means to me something is wrong because it does have a glitch in the diagnostic signal
A California emissions vehicle was sold outside of California.
I no longer have the truck to take a picture of the emissions label but it was a Federal emissions truck.

I skimmed through the thread but did not see where you had removed the computer to look inside for damage. Maybe it’s time to do that?
Now I got codes to flash out through my clicker box but it still picks up " No Data ". But I counted code 539, which ok is A/C left on ( I left it on accidentally ) and Code 822?.. This is the machine just beeping the flashes that it counts, so it's accurate since IM counting them
I can feel the truck cut out from time to time, I expected to pull an ignition code.
This is getting weird.. Corvette runs great. It gets better MPG while being way more fun to drive.. BUT the A/C is inop
Nope, it's a code in the books for " Operator Error, A/C circuit left on ".. A/C needs to be off for KOER test functions, but it evidently trips the code in a KOEO test. It's meaningless
