normal idle speeds????

just tuned my truck up and timed it to 10 degrees btdc and now it idles at about 800-900. is that normal? seems kinda high. i just replaced and adjusted the IAC and TPS as well as coil, wires, plugs, cap and rotor. other than the high idle, truck runs like new. any words????
BTW: its a '91 302 efi etc

Did you disconnect the battery for 30 minutes to reset the computer? when ever you do any maintenance like that it's usually a good idea to start the computer back at ground zero. 800-900 rpm at idle in park is fine though
