So basically the truck one day stalled at the gas station and then was fine. I started it next morning cold and it idled extremely rough till it got warm and then was perfectly fine. Afterwards it did that for a like 3 days and the last time it just stopped starting. Truck would crank and sound like it was gonna start and blow black smoke as my foot was on the throttle but now absolutely nothing. Truck will not start changed ICP, CPM, checked all fuses and relays. I have no idea what could be wrong. Checked all of the the wires and everything looks fine. Leaning towards idm. 1999 7.3
Unplug the fuel bowl heater on the back of the Hpop and replace, don't just check fuse 30 at knee box.
key on, listen for fuel pump for 20 sec or so. Sound strong? If not dis the aft fuel line from pump, pull fuel cap and blow two pounds of compressed air in bursts for a few revs.

I don’t think it’s the fuel bowl heater as I checked every single fuse and relay in the entire truck lol. I will try the compressed air in the aft line like you suggested
You can also plumb a line in from a jug of diesel on the aft side of the pump, start it and bring the rpm's up a bit and hold them to qualify plugged socks in the tank or a weak pump.
