What about your VIN-Plate?
Hi all,
searching an 55th title with an V8 engine. Not to do something ilegal, only need to really explain that the 239 I have is really correct within the years 53-56 for our german technical authorities.
thanks, would be really great if someone could help me here.
cheers
Chris

1956 F600 w/Clear VA Title For Sale
Guys, I had good intentions when I bought this but I need to build a shop in order to work on it and I just don't have the time or money so I am selling her.
I want her to go to a good home.
You can search my posts on here and see the whole timeline, story, etc.
That said, here it is:
1956 F600
Clear Virginia title
272 Y Block
New Battery
New aluminum radiator
Starts and runs with a little effort, fuel pump takes a while to prime but runs and idles well after warmed up
As you can see it was inspected and used in VA in 2008.
4 speed with 2 speed rear end.
Needs brake work but clutch and trans are fine, I have driven this truck in all 4 gears (used a rope and chase truck to slow down don't ask LOL!)
The spare rear end I have was driving with good brakes in 2019.
I have all (6) 22.5 ONE PIECE STOCK OEM 56 Ford wheels on it. The RARE ones. I bought them in Maryland off a 56 F600 that was being converted to an International10 bolt disc brake set up. These wheels are the real deal and in good shape.
I have also have (4) Firestone widowmakers and a spare 2 speed rear end.
I have the original radiator.Driver window glass missing.
Pass window glass cracked.
Tires are for rolling around only, really. They hold air mostly but old.
Body is in really good shape.
Original color was yellow. Now gray.
See pics, message me with questions, etc.
This truck will (just) fit on a 16 foot car trailer. I hauled it on my 7000lb 16 footer 3 hours home.
I can arrange to get the rear end in the back of a truck or up on the frame of the truck with a loader.
What's it worth? I dunno. Should be worth a decent amount to the right guy. Make me a reasonable offer and we will see what happens.
Hint: $1,000, your blown up 1991 Ford Fiesta, and a used lawn chair is not a reasonable offer.
I would consider interesting motorcycle type trades.
