Hey guys I just bought my first 7.3 PSD from a dealer in Scottsdale AZ. It's a crew cab, short bed, 4x4 in teal/blue 161000 miles on it. I knew it wasn't stock when I bought it but when I got home I found a build sheet left by the previous owner in the glove box which read

2001 F250 XLT Powerstroke
Engine and Trans
ARP head studs and main studs
Main stud girdle from wide open performance ( cryo treated)
STD bore pistons mahle (cryo treated)
Forged stock rods (cryo treated)
Total seal gapless rings
Stage 2 180cc with 100% nozzle (full force diesel)
H2E modified turbo kit ( 66mm compressor wheel)

Hybrid tuner (PHP Hydra) with gear head tunes)

Obviously I was pretty stoked when I found out about all these upgrades on the truck. What do you guys think of this build? Is there anything that should be addressed sooner rather than later? It also has intake, exhaust, aftermarket intercooler pipes and intercooler ( I think), regulated return fuel system. Pretty sure it's running the stock hpop.

And for anyone wondering about blow-by with the gapless rings this motor has absolutely zero blow-by coming from the oil fill.

I bet it is a blast to drive.

 

It is a blast, only problem is that someone took the gauges out of it ( I'm guessing someone who worked at the dealership). I've been trying to keep my foot out of it until I'm able to monitor things.

 

Wow what a find! Somebody spent some coin on that! Got some pics to keep us salivating?

Riff Raff has a good selection of gauges at good prices.

If the HPOP lines are original (we can tell with a pic) they are a prime PM item.

Also check if it has bellowed up-pipes. I expect it does, but if not I'd recommend them.
