Having issue with turbo boost and a surging sound that is kind of rhythmic notice it mostly at higher speeds say 70 truck runs pretty good just around town but problem gets worse as it runs longer and heats up. I have replaced IPR Valve and ICP Sensor made big difference but still not much boost. Getting 0-5 psi mostly sometimes if really get on it might get to 15 for second. just doesn't have much pep. Disconnected EBP sensor and made no difference. Can you visually tell if EBPV is open or closed and can you manually move rod to open it or close it? I'm starting to think its HPOP but just trying to eliminate anything else first. Did EFuel Swap and fuel pressure is consistent 60 psi. Replaced turbo about 2 years ago (10,000 miles) with KC TP38r. any Thoughts?
Just got Interior all redone and really wanting it to run so I can enjoy!!
Seat covers are from Katzkin and yes is Husky rear liner They are nice wish weather guard made them for this year but last I looked they didn't go that far back I'm currently still on stock injectors no chip or programmer I probably should have included that detail as well. Injectors are on list of upgrades was also planning on intercooler and probably HPOP upgrade as well have already done 6637 intake, exhaust, E Fuel, Turbo, along with whole list of other things that just come alone with an almost 25 year old truck
