Damn that is sexy. Since you went with a T4 housing, will boost be limited by the amount of fuel then? What will you do if it boosts too high? External gate?

Non gated, I don't think I'll be able to over boost.....

Had it made.

It is 63/68/.91 nongated T4. These are much newer more aggressive wheels than the 62/65 on the old charger. Better housings too.....

The more aggressive wheel and better housing is what made me think it might over boost a lil. I was thinking it would spool a lot better than that but I do guess on the other hand you had the wastegate on the other turbo disabled so you should be alright. I didn't think about that until now. Haha

As long as I'm under 40psi I'll be comfortable.... The thing with this charger is that it flows more air, at a lower boost, and lower drive pressure. non-gated chargers generally make more power.

compressor is 88/63, turbine is 76/68.

compressor cover is 4" inlet, 3" outlet, .55 A/R. Exhaust is T4 twin scroll inlet, 4.21" outlet .91 A/R

and I would be willing to bet these are much more advanced wheels on top of that.....I don't 100% remember which charger you had though... a garrett GT30 or something isnt it?

i probably should have gone with a gtx3576r or gtx3582r but i was thinking that there might be too much lag (first time sizing a turbo lol)

the gtx series is only supposed to be about 2 year old from what i have seen.

i just hope i don't over speed it, i am almost thinking about getting a tach for it

i think they say that those wheels are suppose to flow about a third more than the old gt series

IIRC the GT4094R or T04Z is what is compared to my new charger...

and what I mean by more advanced is the BW wheels are generally more advanced than the Garrett wheels. Extended tip compressor......J-hook turbine.... my turbine wheel spools like a straight cut 65, but flows air like a straight cut 71.
