What is this thing

Hi you all Ford folks:.
I saw this pies of plastic and the guy who brought it asking what it is, I could not recognize it, I restored my 66 F100 didn't see such thing, Anyone know what is this part?. I appreciate it.

Don't know either, but if the original number is still on the packaging that would literally narrow it down to almost nothing.

I'm interested too. Always curious to learn more about these things.
Almost look like some kind of switch slider/bearing thing, but obviously not a contact for passing electrical current.

Interesting...

They look like shift fork pads.
They go on the forks and slid into the shift collars but for what transmission I cant tell you.

Possible 4 and/or 5 speed nylon inserts for shift forks, basic part number is 7C430 .. What is the prefix and suffix?

These look very similar. To know if they are the same you'd want the prefix and suffix like ND mentioned.

C2TZ-7C430-A .. 3-4 Shift Fork Insert = New Process 435 4 speed.
