High pressure pump replacement - NO START
Hi guys. I have recently replaced the high pressure pump on my 2016 6.7 550 after it cracked in half and left us dead on the road. The truck is deleted and had a disaster kit from s&s. We replaced the pump and are experiencing a crank no start condition. We turned on the pump with scan tool for 40 minutes, it fired up and shut down after about 3 seconds. I’m showing 5k psi at the rail while cranking. I bled the rail free of air but have not cracked injectors yet. Anything I’m missing here? Worth mentioning that we had an issue with the o rings on the disaster kit and had to replace them. The block was leaking.
