Mystery truck

When you look at the transition from the hood/cowling to the cab there is a smooth uninterrupted flow, Like it was made that way, I just do not see this not being made at the Ford factory or at least by an aftermarket specialty outfitter but I am leaning with it being Ford made it that way.
Either way I like it and it looks like it suits it purpose

If you are commenting about the International Harvester Pipe Cab truck that is the way they are made
If you are commenting about the Ford AA narrow cab truck I doubt it is photo shopped, If you enlarge the pic you can actually see the steering wheel,
Just a point to note...this is a large truck, Not a model A, It is much larger and the cab itself is as big if not larger than a model

I was commenting on the AA. The AA has the same cab as the A pickup, they are not larger. It looks too cartoonish to me, but it could be real. I have seen Internationals and Macks with the single steel haulers cabs. The Mack half cab were usually on the on the drivers side of the truck, not centered.
