Factory CB?

Factory CB?
I got what was supposed to be a factory CB from a friend this past weekend. He said that it was very well integrated into the truck and the wiring harness, and appeared factory. It doesn't have any Ford part number on it, and doesn't do me much good as is, because there is no antennae or handheld mic. The readout and controls would have been on the mic with this unit. It came from a 78 pickup, and if someone could help to identify it or at least verify that it is or isn't a factory installed piece, I would appreciate it.

That is not a factory CB box, looks more like a 2 way communication box. This is what the factory stuff looks like.
I also see General Electric stamped on the tag. Motorola manufactured the OE CB stuff for Ford.
