87 ground problem?

87 ground problem?
So my passenger rear tail light does not work at all so no brake running or turn signal I have replaced The bulbs so I assume it is most likely a ground problem but I want to get a second opinion on that

Pretty much, and it's easy to check. A jumper wire with alligator clips on both ends is handy to have, for troubleshooting, in different lengths. If you can scare up a wiring diagram somewhere, that helps picture what's going on in terms of what wire does what.
