Tiny holes in floorpan

Tiny holes in floorpan
How do you guys repair these tiny holes? Do you just cut out the old pan and replace it? I am trying to get by with little as possible. I was debating about just welding it to fill in and grinding it down

pics would be helpful. If you are talking about pin holes from rust... grind off all the rust and if they are still fairly small... just weld them up. If it starts looking like swiss cheese... may be time for new floorpans.

Pin holes are just the more visible aspect of severely rusted and weakened metal. Eventually, you'll put your feet through the floor and pull a Fred Flintstone. I'd recommend using as much of a patch panel as you can. Happy welding.
