In the 3rd one Cyl 2 was firing in the right order.
Bu it also looked like there was two other Cyl that had an extra spike.
Maybe cross fire?

That would be a lot of cross firing. I checked all the other pictures and they all show the same. It is totally random (or at least I cannot figure out any pattern). The plugs and wires were changed maybe 16 month ago. Together with cap and rotor and all are motorcraft. I also checked each wire to make sure they are seated well. When I will check the O2 I will make sure all wires are routed as good as possible. If you have any other suggestion what/where I should check let me know. Thank you for your help!.
I do not see any extra spikes in the other cyl 2 images, only image 3 with cyl 3 & 6.
Image 1, 2 & 4 look normal.
All of the cyl 2 images show cyl 2 is firing.
The coil (aka parade) images are the ones where you would look for high resistance.
Cyl 2 is always firing 5th after the narrow index pip in all of the images.

I failed to mention that I looked at pictures I took from other cylinders and didn't post. Cylinder 2 was just an example. All cylinders show similar results. . Sorry for that. I need to better proof read my posts.
Today I got a chance to test the O2 and it seems to be fine. Since I smelled some exhaust gas the other day I also did a smoke test for exhaust leaks. I have multiple leaks at the rake-like pipe under the intake manifold. It also is leaking from the pipe coming from the cat to the diverter. Third leak I found is where the pipe bolts to the manifold. Could these leaks cause the misfire?
