230hp/395tq or thereabouts.
You can desmog it as I did. My butt dyno says it made no difference in power and has made no difference in mpg.
You can remove the smog pump and take off almost nothing in parasitic loss. Your cat will stop functioning correctly and could possibly plug up without the added fresh air from the pump (helps it burn hotter and cleaner)
