I have one very similar to that and used it quite a lot. It has performed great for me, but some people find it inferior in the way it crimps the lug.
All I know is that I designed, built, tested and am using a 5th wheel off grid solar system and every lug was crimped with this crimper.
These are some of the connections I made with it...
I used high quality, high strand count wire for every wire and each lug passed strength and resistance tests before being installed.
Sometimes the imitation cheap crap is not so crap after all. If you feel better with spending more money for a crimper, go for it and be confident about your decision.
I was confident in the lug and wire quality I chose and the 16 ton crimper did a great job in my opinion. When I do get around to replacing my terminals and do the F0rdc0wb0y fuse block mod, I will use the knock off crimper then too.
