Reese (and probably others) make what was called a "window frame" adapter when I had one. It allows you to use your rail style hitch with the Ford puck system. Pricey for what it was in my opinion but I had no desire to drill holes and install rails in my new 2017 with pucks and no desire to sell a very slightly used hitch to buy a different one for the pucks.
Not that this link is the one for anyone's particular truck, but it will give an idea of what it looks like.
This is my new hitch to utilize with the fifth wheel prep package. I didn't get a goose neck ball with it but I did get the ball and safety chain hook kit with my previous truck, which did not come with my new truck as the kit is a separate option for a 350.
Glad I kept it as it came in handy with the Goose Box. Now all I have to do is take out a 5 pound ball and I've got my truck bed back.
I saw on etrailer that I can convert my actual husky hitch to the puck system for 450$. It's close to the same price of the demco 6175 but my hitch is already at the lowest setting and I am worried about the height. Also the fact that I'm coming from a 350 drw that sits a little lower than those 450...
Ball & anchor points were definitely a separate option on the 17-19's. I purchased it on my 2017, and kept it for use on my 2019. Not sure about the 2020. If I had to do it over again... I'd get the B&W version of that ball & anchor kit.
