Pullrite 5th wheel adapter
I have a Pullrite model 2900 superglide slider 5th wheel hitch in my 05 F250 shortbed. I am looking into getting a new F350 shortie with the factory 5th wheel prep package. Pullrite said they dont make a system to adapt my superglide slider hitch to the Ford 5th wheel prep package. Does anyone know if there is an adapter out there that will work? I would hate to have to buy a new hitch.

If I knew then what I know now, I would have gotten the 5th wheel option on mine....
you can always sell your old hitch...
OR, get someone to install the substructure and use your hitch...
Do you still need the slider for your 5th wheel ?

It depends on what I get. If I purchase a long bed,which I may have to do, I wont need the slider anymore.
