C1155 and trans problems
I’ve got a 2000 f350 7.3 4x4 with 260k on her, after several headaches getting the motor running right after mice had their way with it now I shift my attention to the transmission. OD light flashing 100% of the time and it will only shift 1-2 and sometimes 2-3 but almost never 3-4. Max speed is about 30 mph. Abs light was on so I pulled the codes and got a C1155 as the only code (front left wheel speed sensor). Would this cause my transmission problems like a bad bad would? Thanks in advance y’all

No, that code will not cause your transmission problems. The flashing OD light means transmission codes are stored. You haven't found them yet. When you have the trans codes we can help diagnose this.

Is there anyway to get the codes short of taking it to shop with the proper scanner?

You can download Forscan free at www.forscan.org. You will need an ELM327 adapter to connect to the truck. I bought one from Amazon for less than $30.
