Maybe try updating your firmware to the previous version off of their website. Doesn't take long at all to do.
On another note...I spoke to Richard N. with Banks about two weeks ago, regarding whether or not an OCR option will be available for us with the iDash. Hopefully they will get that part figured out. Below is his response:

So does that mean because the Ford is more complicated, that it's better than the Duramax?
Try emailing Banks and see what they have to say about it. Could easily be something that just got overlooked with the new update. They were quick to get back to me with my question about the OCR.
I guess they took away my soot % and gave me a DEF tank temperature reading....
Wow. Okay. When it first boots up, and you see the teeth, it shows that you have version 1.18.2? It will show what version software you are running. Now I'm curious. Let us know what you find out. Thanks.
Yes, it shows V1.18.2 at the bottom of the screen at startup before switching to the gauges. I will call them at 0800 and report back here on what they say.
On my laptop now and I see you have the 2019. They still are not offering the new version on the software update page. I'll definitely stick with the 1.18.1 version for now. Good luck.
So, I called tech support and they are not sure why the soot % in no longer available on the .2 version of the firmware. I was told that the engineers that work on the software will sometimes remove certain features to make room for others without input from the tech folks that actually interact with customers. They will look into the issue and give me a call back later today...
