Tuner issues, PATS
Deleted my 6.4l (still allowed where I live) tuned it with an sct x4 with custom tunes for the deletes that I bought second hand. First tune went fine. Checked DTCs and got "output shaft/abs wheel speed correlation, turbo/supercharger performance and lost communication with TCM". Went to change the tunes and then I got a general error code on the tuner and now my truck is bricked. The PATs light is on acting like I'm using a copied key and I it wont start. Pulled the batteries for a good 20 minutes to reset the PCM but still no go. Any help is appreciated. Of course its gotta be ball snapping cold when this happens too

On the '09 I had the security light continued to flash so you may be having a different issue. The security (sometimes called smart) module is behind the passenger kick panel. It could have gone bad but I would think the programming got trashed with your tuner. It might be possible to call a locksmith to come and reprogram your keys to the truck and that might solve the issue but I am skeptical that it would.
Edit to add: Have you tried to access the module with Forscan? Maybe you can get a better idea of what it happening...
