Noticed on my way to work this morning that the map is failing to load on my center dash display. Pressing the Nav button doesn't take it from home to any other screen. A restart of the truck didn't make any difference. Anyone have an idea how to bring it back? 2019 F350 6.7l Lariat.
Have a 2019 Explorer that, one time maybe four months ago, the nav screen was completely black - nothing at all. Stopped and restarted the car, but no change. Went to the store, came out about 20 minutes later, and the screen started working fine as soon as I started it. Never had a problem since that one time.
so.....maybe/hopefully yours will simply start working again if you shut the truck off for a bit.
Press the power button and the right arrow (skip forward) buttons at the same time and hold until the screen goes blank. Release the buttons and the system will reboot. I've had to do this soft reset a few times. Always clears up any issue I'm having.

Go into settings and do a Master Reset.
If that doesn’t work, a trip to your preferred dealer should be your next option.
