Power Locks

My power locks (all doors) suddenly went out this morning. The door switch, key fob and door code all do nothing. However, when I press the pertinent button, there is a clicking sound under the dash. Haven't had time to troubleshoot, much but wanted to see if anyone else has had a similar issue and the culprit. Fuse, relay or some other issue? Is it possible all of my actuators all went out simultaneously?

It's an 02 7.3 and was working fine beforehand, although my rear passenger lock would "stick" and not unlock from time to time.

Is your battery in good shape? Also sometimes when 1 or 2 of the lock actuators go bad they can drag the rest of them down.

Does it sound like the door locks are trying to unlock at all or completely dead?
the reason I ask mine had a few week door actuators and one day I went to unlock the doors and all 5 would not work. Ended up taking them apart and fixing them and they work amazing now. Theres a link on how to fix them so just search on here

Batteries are good. Replaced the alternator and batteries a week ago. Everything has been fine since.

I don't hear anything in or around the locks themselves. Like I said above, the only noise is a click in the dash under the steering wheel. Is it realistic that they all just went out simultaneously? Do they not work independently of each other?

Thanks for your thoughts.

Finally got a chance to take a look yesterday and it was a blown fuse (#102). Replaced it and the power locks are back up and running.

Would an actuator going bad cause the fuse to blow or what sort of other issue might I have on my hands (assuming this happens again)?

It could. More amp draw due to bad actuator.
