Question power locks

I have a 95 bronco with power locks that are not working right. if you lock the doors manualy then hit the remote the pasanger door un locks only if you hit the lock button the drivers door will unlock and pasanger door will lock nothing works from door switches but you can hear a relay clicking narrowed it down to a black box under the dash anyone else delt with anything like it

Check the condition of the ground to both doors. The power feed to the door locks goes through the passenger side door first, then across to the driver's door.

If you google " sluggish power door locks" ....you will find the fix for the failing ford door locks.
I did mine in about an hour and they work perfectly now. A lot easier than I thought it would be.
