12 valve Cummins will have a weird lope if the delivery valves in the pump are changed out to oversize, doubt anything similar can be done to the db2 out trucks run

If you were really creative, you could possibly shim injectors to pop off at different pressures but still atomize, then look at the firing order to determine what would produce the most divergent pattern. And time the pump in between, but this is probably the closest you could get to producing a lumpy cam sound. I bet it is somewhat possible if you tried hard, but less than max efficient. Might help if the slowest injector had a drip. To produce an occasional extra romp, but tgis is deliberately detuning an engine, but if that's what u want to get the girls go for it.
