Carpet recall question....

Carpet recall question....
Do they have to remove the pillar with the handle on the drivers door side ?? Just got my truck back with completed recall and the top of that pillar is not flush with the ceiling material. Took it back and service advisor said the recall has nothing to do with that, only on the floor carpet. Maybe it’s always been this way but not sure. It’s lined up correctly with the dash etc , screw that holds it tight is good and tight. Just looks like it needs to be loosened , pushed in a bit and tightened back up. Thanks.

ok. Watched the video. Not the pillar I was referring to. I was referring to the one that connects to dash on drivers side to the left of the steering wheel. They should not have messed with that one.
