This is my donor cab😂😂it is not much left of it....lucky me, i have used the vent area in the front and a big piece of the backwall.and the rear window.....and lots of small parts.

Due to the rotten donorcab, this piece was quite stright and nice.😬

My arms are not long enough.......need a helper...but i think this would be just fine with minor adjustment....have to drill some new holes and put in some new bolts.

Put on the drivers door.....will check better next week.

Then im finish for the weekend, im going to eastern Norway...drinking beer with some good old friends.... Happy weekend to all of you👍🏼🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

It's starting to look like a real truck, and the gap-osis of the front end pieces and door don't look bad!
Perhaps your "assistant" will get some work done while you are away......(If he can stay out of the beer....)

I tried to pry a little with a screwdriver...but they are sitting pretty good, maby i have to cut them and knock them in instead....
we find out....
the sun is shining and temperatures rise..the spring is coming...still much snow in the mountains ...would try to put on some epoxy primer next week...and hopefully paint.....

Hope you are well,Brian......

Nils.

They have a screw-type thread. You can grip the top with vice grips or pliers, pull up and twist out.

They have some twist to them so a little twist on the way out helps. Also a little tap with a hammer and punch helps to break them free.

Very nice progress by the way. Those panel gaps look better than new.
