Anyone in NY have an ABS CODE SCANNER?
Anyone in NY have an ABS code scanner that they can scan my truck for the ABS light trigger? I went to a place today and they wanted $75.00 JUST to read the dam code. I am thinking its the diff sensor since the light is intermittent but it has been lit all day today and some of yesterday. Just want to make sure first, rather than just going and changing parts ***** nilly until I get rid of the light. I live on Long Island so if anyone is close to there I will gladly travel to you.

What's the symptoms? It might just be the speed sensor (which seems to be prone to failure).
It's $15 at the dealer. If it doesn't solve your problem, then it's probably something ridiculously expensive, so you won't miss the $15
Not making light of your situation, but it may be easier than tracking down somebody who's got an ABS scanner.
Let me know if you want more info on the speed sensor install. It's 3:10am and I'm going to bed.
