Good morning, I am hoping someone can help me identify what these connections are for. There is one in each wheel well and all four are disconnected and zip tied out of the way but I am not sure if they are spares or should truly be connected to something. Any help is appreciated.
cant see inside connector, possibly they are connections for abs speed sensors. is there an abs light illuminated in instrument cluster
currently driving but will take a pic of inside the connector. I was thinking ABS sensor but haven’t found a decent diagram detailing out the connector or locations. Like I said there is one just like this (unplugged) in each wheel well. We had the ABS light on and change out brake fluid hose due to leaks and the light went off. Got an OBDLINK mX+ and no codes relevant to ABS. However the traction control stability indicator light is flashing constantly on the instrument cluster. Not sure if that is related.
Was there an air suspension system that was removed in favor of a coil spring setup?
that is a valid question. We recently bought this vehicle and don’t know the full history. I guess I need to try and research some diagrams to determine if that change was done.
