abs light

hi guy my problem is the damn dog were running around my truck and under and one of them got caught on one of the abs sensor and broke it.so i hooked it up and my abs light still on will it take time to reset ...my truck is 01 f250 cc sb 7.3 ok thanks guys....

You need to drive it. The ABS module needs to see a signal from the sensor that the wheel is turning before clearing the light.
