Rear Diff fluid

My 2001 F250 requires 8" of friction modifier fluid in the rear diff. The valvoline synthetic says "contains friction modifier fluid". Will filling the rear diff with this get me the 8" I need? I cannot find out the ratio per bottle.
This is my first time working on this truck, still learning.

The valvoline should be fine like it is. If you get chatter from you LSD you can add some more friction modifier, but you shouldn't need to.

I've used that valvoline fluid and I never added the modifier. LSD worked fine.
