front diff fluid

what type of fluid should i use for my front diffrential,

The front diff uses 75W90.

Does it need to be full synthetic like the rear diff fluid?

Well, Ford didn't use synthetic in the front diffs at all, only in the rears. You can put synth if you wish, but you don't have to.

75w90 syn is the best way to go it will last longer and provide longer and better protection esspecially in a closed enviroment like a diff
