So I went to ford to have the DTRL turn down per the recall ,
it's so simple but who ever did it turn them off.
Now I have to waste my time go back and have them redo.
Rant over.
Ok all fixed,it's me ,not the truck. The DTRL only work when in the auto mode on the headlight switch. So if the headlight switch is off no day time running lights. Now they are dim when headlight are on.

Coming from a ton of vehicles with no DRL, it took me a bit to learn that also.
Just an FYI I think the ability to turn them on or off is a US only thing. Up here in the great white north they are on all the time no matter what position the headlight switch is in.

Unless you enable the option with forescan. I have it enabled.
