I keep my car hauler trailer parked under a huge oak tree most of the time. Pulled it out yesterday to use hauling my truck down to get front end alignment and exhaust system installed and it’s covered in ‘mold’ or something that the oak tree decided to deposit on it... all surfaces are nice and green . Car wash soap and water won’t touch it. Tried dawn dish soap with Clorox and it sorta cut it but took serious scrubbing... Old men do not like scrubbing ! Don’t know if this is something particular to the oak tree or not but I need something that will cut it and not eat me... suggestions ??
most likely a mix of mold and tree sap or "honeydew" from aphids You will need some kind of solvent to easily remove it....such as bug and tar remover.
I had to start parking my car hauler out in a wide open field because of the same issue. Rots even pressure treated wood pretty quick. Good Luck as you move ever forward.

LA Awesome cleaner @ Dollar Tree . 32 oz bottle of course $1 . 16 oz spray bottle yup $1 . Took the black streaks / residue off the sides of the precious cargo trailer . It works & will use it again !
