Will an F-150 4 Door Cab fit on my F-750?
My 2006 F-750 is a 2 door cab and I really want a 4 door as well as upgrade the interior to the newer Ford style. Is it possible to swap out my single cab to a newer F-150 4 door cab? I'm a BMW technician and can handle having to do minor modifications and I can do the electrical work needed to make everything work, I'm just wondering if the cab will fit on my F-750 frame.

Fender radius will give you trouble. Radiator and engine height may give you trouble. You will have to fabricate the mounting.
You are not the first to want to swap cabs. Short answer is usually to suggest buying the truck that way.

Gotcha, but I was thinking of swapping just the cab only, I'm going to keep my F-750 fenders, hood, and pretty much the entire front end, I just want the cab portion so I can get rear seats.
Also do you know if the interior door panels can be directly swapped from another F-series to my F-750? Mine came with manual door locks and windows which is a bummer, I'd like to take the panels off a nice F-250 or F-350 and put them on mine.

It's not a easy swap but I'm sure it can be done with enough work.
F-650/750 have completely different frames and the cab sets higher than on the smaller chassis so you'll probably have to fab your own mounts.
F-650/750 have tilt hoods so the inner fenders and core support will have to be removed from the smaller class cab plus mounting brackets and attaching points added to support and latch the tilt hood plus the half fenders.
Some F-650/750's came with PS engines but many came with larger inline 6 Cummins and Cat engines, not sure on the newer models but my F-800 has a cutout in the firewall and floor with a removable cover "dog box" to make room for the engine and allow access to it for maintenance.
Most of the larger chassis that came with auto trans had the heavier series Allison, this along with the tilt hood could make most or all of the pickups wiring unusable.
Personally I'd look for a F-650/750 crew cab to install and then swap in the interior from a higher model pickup.
