Been wondering that myself, I have an 03 F350 SCLB and the door bottoms are gone from inside, I've been eyeing some doors of an extended cab and others on a crew cab but wasn't sure if they'd fit.
Probably. I had that question popped to me on some parts I have for sale and I took some measurements from the front driver door on my crew cab and the driver door on a single cab. The measurements on the outside are the same as far as width and height. The rest looked identical.
Sometimes when I am not sure of a replacement I go to car-parts.com and will look the part up and see what dealers have out there from different vehicles. If you look for a door there will be pictures of the truck they are selling parts off of and you might be able to tell by those pictures. It's not a perfect interchange guide but it will work in a pinch.
