Tailgate vs Carpet
Like others,
I lost the tailgate recall, but I gained a carpet recall in my Ford Pass app.
The recall folks are having a field day !!
This is some crazy S___t !!!!
I still have the "too bright" lights thing going as well.
Who knows how all this will turn out !

The carpet one isn't an actual recall, it's an FSA like the freezing door locks.

It comes up as a recall for me on fordpass, for some reason I can't get in to Ford owner, it just sits and spins or kick me out.

It doesnt even show on my FordPass. Ford Owner site sucks, I was having issues then finally got it to load the page. It shows 2 recalls for me, tailgate and LEDs, and 2 FSA, Carpet and Door locks.

I had the tailgate recall on my app but now it’s gone. Just have the door latch and the carpet now,

Bill Alexander Ford. I dealt with Nick who said they have 20 kits on order and I was just lucky to get one of the two that came in on Monday. I think the owner got the other!

Hey Rashers, thanks for the info. Surprisingly my dealer called me yesterday afternoon and told me the tailgate recall has been completed on my truck!! but now of course I have to wait for the carpet recall which should completed in the next day or so.
